The room size was good but it had the appearance of neglect, would be excellent if the walls and bed headboard were kept clean. The staff were eagerly attentive but unfocussed (training issue).
Advertised as tea and coffee in room but this was never restocked unless you asked for it.

Good value for money.
The person at the reception, who seemed like the manager, whom I asked to advise me on the price of the taxi to the train station, gave me a much higher price than I should have paid, so as to make a commission. This might happen a lot in India but I felt betrayed and angry for trusting him when I figured out that he behaved in this unethical manner.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being centrally located and close to Park Street. The staff at the hotel, especially the General Manager, were friendly and accommodating.- The rooms, though small, were reasonably clean.
The food at the hotel, especially at the small cafe near the reception area, was not good. The bathrooms in the hotel were also quite small.

Nice staff but completely unaware of the low standard they provide... this is not an western standard hotel, but an Indian one...
Dirty beddings which is a joke for a hotel that has the name "luxury" in it...
